As a POS Procurement Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the wider team, ensuring that trade and commercial assets such as POS, collateral, apparel etc. is acquired and distributed smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Lead the procurement and supply process for POS materials, branded apparel, and dealer loaders across the EMEA region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Manage supplier relationships, monitor inventory, and maintain compliance with trade regulations, customs documentation, and internal standards. Oversee procurement projects from planning through to execution, including innovation rollouts, marketing campaigns, and new activation tools. Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration across commercial, legal, finance, and HQ teams, while maintaining accurate budgeting and reporting. Supervise and mentor the EMEA procurement team, driving continuous improvement, vendor performance, and adherence to company procurement policies. Experience Required: At least 2–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience with POS / trade or commercial assets Must have 1–2 years experience in a managerial or team leadership role. Strong project management capabilities with a proven ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, multinational environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and knowledge of logistics or customs processes is advantageous. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments and external partners.
