Shift Times:
06:00 - 14:00 /14:00 - 22:00 - rotating weekly
When working the AM shift, it will involve some Saturday working
Pay Rates:
* (06:00-14.00) £13.00 per hour basic /£16.90 per hour overtime
* (14.00 - 22.00) £14.30 per hour basic /£18.20 per hour overtime
Location: Kettering, NN14 3JW (Conveniently located near Kettering, Corby, Thrapston, and Islip)

Day to Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Operator with People Solutions, your work includes:
* Assisting with unloading or loading of vehicles and the checking in of stock.
* Sorting and placing this stock onto pallets and rails.
* To pick goods from stock for our store customers in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
* Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pick up according to a schedule.
* Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and safety by keeping your workspace clean.
* Operating LLOP vehicles safety and efficiently, ensuring goods are handled well in line with standard operating procedures.
* Involves lifting and carrying weight of up to 15kg.
* Assist with any other relevant duties as directed by management to ensure effective performance of warehouse operation.
Essential Skills:
The essential skills required to be a Warehouse Operative will be:
* You must be able to work full-time rotating shift - there are no part-time shifts
* Warehouse experience is essential for this role
* Own transport is necessary due to the location of the warehouse and the shift times
* A basic level of English and numeracy is essential to ensure safe working practices
* You must be reasonably physically fit and comfortable lifting items up to 15kg
* Able to work overtime and meet deadlines as needed
* You must pass a Drug and Alcohol Test and a basic English & Numeracy Test
* You’ll need to provide proof of your Right to Work in the UK
* These are long-term, full-time positions - they are not suitable for students in full-time education
