Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Manager to lead and develop the global logistics operations for an established and growing UK-based company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer orders, invoicing, and data with accuracy and efficiency.
* Prepare and oversee shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and EUR1s.
* Implement and manage export procedures and compliance requirements.
* Coordinate international freight operations and reporting.
* Provide exceptional customer service to international clients.
* Lead, manage, and develop the Logistics Team.
* Organise and run operations meetings, including forecasting with internal teams.
* Support Business Central processes and provide training across the company.
