What You'll Do
* Supporting: stand in for the Store Manager, motivate and engage the team, coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
* Mucking in: check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
* Delivering great service: provide a great customer experience with a smile and coach the team to do the same.
* Asking questions and building relationships: make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
* Building a fun working environment: maintain product availability, high branch standards, and make the branch a place everyone loves to work.
