As the Eastbourne Campus develops and grows their sports academies, we are now looking for a Level 2 qualified football coach to lead our Men's football academy. The successful can-didate will join and work collaboratively with coaches on other sports academies to help de-velop the next generation of sports stars. The focus of our academies will be to not only de-velop the players in relation to the game but help and support players with their personal de-velopment whilst being a student at the college. If you have a flair and love for working with young people in football and have the personal skills to communicate well with young people, then we would love to hear from you. This new role is an exciting opportunity as the Sports department at the Eastbourne campus strives to be a centre of excellence for sport academia and sports academies. The college has a new and exciting partnership with Eastbourne Town FC, and the successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the club in providing opportunities for local young people in the community. Closing date: 18th July 2025. College location: Based at our Eastbourne campus. Salary: £29 – 44 per hour (subject to qualifications, skills and experience). Hours: part time/sessional, approximately 4 hours per week. Candidates must be free to coach on Monday 14:30 - 16:30 and Wednesday 13:00 - 15:00.
