Job Description
3. Manage the recoveries process for financial accounts to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
4. Monitor outstanding debts and liaise with internal teams to address discrepancies effectively.
5. Support the preparation and submission of reports related to recoveries performance.
6. Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
7. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address queries and provide updates on recoveries cases.
8. Coordinate with third-party agencies when required to recover overdue payments.
9. Maintain accurate records of all recoveries activities within the system.
10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the recoveries function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recoveries Assistant should have:
11. Experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector, ideally within a recoveries or related role.
12. A strong understanding of financial processes and debt management.
13. Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in relevant software and systems used for recoveries.
