Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a multi-award-winning travel business who are recruiting an Operations Executive to join their team.

The Role:
As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-booking support to travel agent partners, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will manage booking amendments across flights, hotels, car hire, and transfers. This role requires experience using a GDS (essential).
You Will Have:
* Previous travel industry experience in a sales/operations or customer service
* Knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus GDS
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Ability to manage complex bookings and resolve issues efficiently
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* A positive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Additional Info:
* Salary £28,000 plus quarterly team bonus of circa £5,000.
* 1 in 3 Saturdays required, with a day off during the week in lieu
