We are seeking a Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and direction to the Clinical Team by supporting the provision of high quality, efficient evidence based health and wellbeing services to our client employees at their site in Barrow in Furness. This is a full time on site role, working Monday to Thursday 7.Develop/support initiatives to meet client needs, targeted wellbeing and company objectives
• Support and co-ordinate resource to meet shift requirements, monitor skill mix
• Undertake, review and record regular clinical competency review with individuals and audit clinical work as per our policy, carry out annual reviews, end of probation meetings etc.
• Use Management Information to raise the profile of our services, support effective health surveillance, support customer relationships, and continually improve the quality of the clinical service provided to our customers.
• Ensure compliance with Company processes/Department of Health, H&S guidelines/legislation and company accreditations i.e. Prioritise clinical and occupational health needs according to risk
• Registration with NMC Part 1
• Strong clinical background in A&E/Emergency care
• Postgraduate experience in in Occupational Health setting
