Overview
Manual UK driving licence and own car required. Shift patterns include: 7:30am-3pm, 2:30pm-10pm, 7:30am-10pm, 8am-8pm and 9:45pm-7:45am. Includes every other weekend and at least one sleep-in per week. Location: Willingham. We are recruiting Support Workers who share our values and commitment to helping others. No experience? Responsibilities
* Support five adults (four women and one man) aged late 30s who live with complex medical needs including epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and learning disabilities.
* Be trained in clinical tasks such as suctioning, stoma care, and PEG feeding. Training is delivered face to face with ongoing support and formal sign-off to ensure confidence.
* Work as part of a five-person team on each shift; there is no lone working in the home, although some person-centred support may be one-to-one.
* Due to the rural location, a car and manual UK licence are essential. Free on-site parking and shared minibuses are available for going out.
