Were currently supporting a number of specialist SEN schools in Farnborough who are looking for compassionate and motivated Psychology graduates to join their teams as SEN Support Assistants from September. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain practical experience working with children and young people who need additional support both inside and outside the classroom.
Responsibilities
* Supporting students with additional needs including autism, ADHD and SEMH.
* Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage with learning.
* Encouraging communication, confidence and independence.
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour support.
* Providing 1:1 and small group support throughout the school day.
* Creating a positive and safe learning environment.

Qualifications and qualities
* Psychology graduates or students finishing their degree.
* Interest in mental health and child development.
* Patient, empathetic and proactive.
* Looking to gain meaningful experience before further training or study.
* Passionate about helping young people succeed.
* Full‑time roles starting in September.
* Weekly PAYE pay from £100 per day.
