We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven cleaning supervisor to support our onsite Contracts Manager at our partner’s scheme, Knights Brampton.
The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience, with the ability to engage, motivate, and train staff. A proactive attitude and a personality that fits with our committed team are essential. This is a great opportunity to make the role your own.

Role Specifications:
* All-round cleaning experience
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Supervisory experience
* Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, management, and the public
* Good knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations
* Ability to use basic technology for site audits
* Ensure adherence to both Client and Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
* Complete reporting forms and paperwork as required
* Comply with all company and client policies, procedures, and statutory regulations (fire safety, health and safety, hygiene, COSHH)
* Report and address incidents, accidents, theft, damage, or irregularities
* Handle customer complaints promptly and report to your manager
* Be flexible to work additional hours to cover holidays and sickness
Role Requirements:
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Proficiency in written and spoken English, especially regarding health and safety
* A clean, ironed uniform will be provided and must be worn with care
Working Hours for a Cleaning Operative: Monday to Friday, 5:45 pm – 9:45 pm
