I am working with a firm who are looking for a skilled and technically capable Architect with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join a close-knit practice in Farnborough. Specialising primarily in residential projects with some commercial work, they pride ourselves on delivering high-quality designs and seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to all project phases with a particular focus on the technical RIBA stages (4-6). Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit. Ensure designs comply with UK building regulations and planning standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the technical design and construction phases. Support design development with technical problem-solving and delivery expertise. Essential Skills: Proficiency in Revit for producing detailed designs and technical documentation. Strong understanding and experience of technical design during RIBA Stages 4-6. Knowledge of UK building regulations, standards, and planning requirements. Excellent attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills. Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and ability, but is expected to be between £35,000 - £38,000.
