Overview
Our client, a local successful business based in Peterborough, is expanding and actively seeking a dedicated Customer Claims Support Advisor to join their small professional team. This is a fully office-based position working Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service and relationship management.
* Manage all stages of the claims process from first instruction through to settlement, including dealing with queries and updating client records.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and maintain accurate information on internal systems.
* Provide updates throughout the process to clients and manage workload and diary effectively while upholding industry standards.
* Deal with complaints and escalate as required.
Qualifications
* Experience from a Customer Service / Claims environment, ideally within insurance or financial services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Demonstrates enthusiasm for maintaining a high standard of work, is an excellent team player, and shows willingness to learn.
