Overview
Leading events business seeks a talented Business Development Manager to join their fast growing sales team selling bespoke sponsorship and exhibition packages to global clients. The role focuses on selling sponsorship packages across conference and exhibition events (confexes) that are industry leading and global.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 plus uncapped commission and excellent benefits.
Work arrangement: Hybrid.
Responsibilities
* Sell bespoke sponsorship and exhibition packages to global clients across our client’s confexes.
* Develop new business and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize productivity.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, ideally event sponsorship or exhibition sales.
* Ideally degree educated.
* Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets.
* Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
* High emotional intelligence with ability to build and sustain relationships.
* Highly consultative sales approach.
* Personable, enthusiastic, proactive, solutions-oriented, and a true team player.
