SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire

Pay: £89.00 - £100.00 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

A friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Didcot is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. Responsibilities
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with additional needs
* Support learning activities, behaviour management, and social skills development
* Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Qualifications
* Be patient, caring, and proactive
* Have a genuine passion for helping children succeed
* (Desirable) Previous SEN experience - however, full training will be provided
