Open to internal applicants only BAND: 8 JOB PURPOSE: To lead and manage the Land and Property Acquisitions Team, ensuring the strategic identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land and property to support the Housing Executive's development objectives. The postholder will drive delivery of housing supply targets, regeneration projects, and strategic land assembly in line with corporate priorities and statutory obligations and supports Housing Executive business delivery and our vision and values. REQUIREMENTS: 1 i) Candidates must hold a degree or an equivalent level qualification (Level 6*) and must also demonstrate 3 years' relevant experience OR ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and must demonstrate at least 5 years relevant experience It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency.
