The Role:
As a Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in our continued growth and success. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
* Conducting screening calls and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles
* Providing expert advice and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Meeting and exceeding performance targets

Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Sales experience preferred but not essential as long as you have a willingness to learn
