Spire Cheshire Hospital, Warrington is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Clinical Governance team on a bank/ad-hoc basis.

Contract type: Zero hours
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm
As Governance Administrator, you will support the Patient Safety and Governance Lead and other staff within the department with Safety, Governance and Audit activities. Provide an administrative function for the department ensure all data and information is processed and archived in order that evidence can be recalled as required.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
1. Co-ordinate a programme of Clinical Governance (CG) meeting dates for the hospital
2. Prepare and circulate agenda action plans and supporting papers for all CG meetings and other CG activities including clinical effectiveness meetings
3. Provide data and papers for governance meetings through use of reports from Datix and other data sources
4. Support with managing incidents and alerts within Datix on a daily basis
5. Co-ordinate AQUA activity and associated audit requirements ensuring these are submitted in line with requirements
6. Cascade changes in corporate policies as required, and maintain a database of local policies, ensure same are in standard template and updated as required
7. Co-ordinate activity to support the safety cross activity across the hospital
Who we're looking for:
8. Computer Literate with a comprehensive demonstrable understanding of word and excel
9. Ability to set up and maintain multiple databases and embed documents
10. Educated to GCSE/GCE/CSE standard in English and Mathematics
11. Articulate and compassionate – able to build a rapport with colleagues
12. Able to analyse and solve problems
13. Good listening and interpersonal skills
14. Have an eye for detail
15. Able to work independently, organise and prioritise effectively in line with Safety and CG Lead priority setting
16. Good written communication style
17. Experience working within a healthcare setting preferable
