As an Experienced Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be friendly and organised, with a passion for providing excellent customer service and supporting the pharmacist with pharmacy services such as blood pressure checks and more. Building relationships with customers is essential, and you'll play an important role in meeting their healthcare needs. You must be prepared to work in a busy, high-pressure environment.
Your main responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of the dispensary, dispensing medication effectively and safely, managing stock levels, and providing healthcare advice and services at the counter. You will also assist with sales and general store duties, including product displays and cash transactions. Your role may involve acting as the first point of contact for customers, managing high-volume dispensing transactions for local care homes, and dealing with operational queries from GP surgeries.
