To support their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to help bring on Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, build long-term relationships, and drive new project opportunities. You’ll be well-connected, commercially aware, and able to position the business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, consultants, and direct clients. While the focus is client-facing business development, the ability to support bids, tenders, and written proposals will be a strong advantage — helping ensure opportunities are converted into secured contracts. Responsibilities: * Identify, approach, and secure Tier 1 and Tier 2 client opportunities in education, commercial, and fit-out sectors * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities * Leverage your industry contacts to introduce and win high-value projects * Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations * Support the preparation of bids and tenders (PQQs, EOIs, RFPs) where required * Collaborate with technical and operational teams to align service offerings with client requirements * Contribute to business strategy and long-term growth plans About You: * Proven track record in business development within construction, M&E, fire, or fit-out sectors * Strong network of Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor contacts with evidence of winning business * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Commercially astute and target-driven * Bid writing experience desirable but not essential — ability to support submissions is a bonus What Success Looks Like: * Securing new Tier 1 and Tier 2 contracts across core service lines * Delivering consistent pipeline growth and revenue generation * Expanding the company’s reputation in education, commercial, and fit-out markets * Supporting the business in winning more bids and tenders To Apply: If you are an experienced Business Development Manager with strong industry contacts and proven success in winning new business, we want to hear from you
