Tennial Personnel are actively seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join a well-established and growing business based in Great Blakenham. This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, offering long-term stability within a professional and supportive working environment.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced office setting and enjoys being the key support function within a business. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, providing administrative, financial, and organisational support. Flexibility, discretion, and strong organisational skills are essential, as no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
Provide general administrative support across the business
Raise invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping duties
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Manage diaries, appointments, and scheduling
Book flights, accommodation, and transfers as required
Handle emails and correspondence efficiently
Support ad-hoc tasks and changing priorities as needed
Liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
