Project Administrator
, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth project operations, maintaining quality assurance protocols, and supporting their architectural teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate project administration workflows across design and construction stages.
* Oversee document control
* Support Quality Assurance processes, audits, and accreditation requirements
* Produce and coordinate presentations, reports, and project documentation
* Assist with software/systems implementation
* Provide administrative support including diary management, travel, events, and logistics to the project teams
* Contribute to wider studio activities including business development support and events.
Key Skills Required
* Prior experience in a similar administration role within the built environment sector
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with document control and/or quality management processes
* Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
