As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in task distribution
* Fostering high standards of cleanliness within your team
* Supporting training and development, primarily through e-learning
* Adhering to safe working standards and COSHH regulations
* Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in your designated area
* Taking pride in the bedrooms you clean
* Creating memorable 'WOW' moments for guests entering their rooms
* Supporting overall property cleanliness
* Assisting with cleanliness in our health clubs
* Responding to guest queries and supporting their requests
