About the Role
Harrogate College is recruiting for a Teacher of Health and Social Care to join our team.

What You Will Do
* Teach Health and Social Care, supporting learners to achieve their potential and progress to further study or employment.
* Plan, prepare, and develop schemes of work, session plans, resources, and assessment plans.
* Deliver and assess knowledge and understanding.
* Maintain and update your subject knowledge.
* Participate in student recruitment activities, including interviews and open evenings.
About You
* Enthusiastic, organized, and skilled in communication at all college levels.
* Experience and knowledge in health and social care are essential, along with the ability to support learners' development.
* Hold a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE).
* Relevant vocational qualification or degree in the teaching subject.
* Recent teaching experience in relevant areas demonstrating active and differentiated teaching styles.
