With a strong focus on digital transformation and operational excellence, the business is on an exciting growth trajectory — and looking for the right leader to accelerate it.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Chief Executive Officer, you will:
✅ Set and deliver a long-term strategic vision aligned to growth, innovation, and customer success
✅ Lead a high-performing team across all business areas – from Product to Sales, Operations, and Finance
✅ Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and inclusion
✅ Take full ownership of business performance, including P&L, forecasting, and commercial targets
✅ Champion collaboration across regional and cross-functional teams
✅ Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise value creation
✅ Guide product and service development to meet evolving customer needs and market demands
What We’re Looking For
✔ A proven executive with experience scaling or transforming a tech or software-led business
✔ Commercially driven with a strong grasp of financials and P&L responsibility
✔ Background in digital services, SaaS, or data-led innovation is highly desirable
✔ Strong communicator with the ability to align and inspire teams at every level
✔ High emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments
✔ Experience leading distributed or global teams
You’ll Need
Senior leadership within technology, software, or digital sectors would be an advantage, although B2B environments would be consider.
Experience in executive or GM-level roles with full cross-functional oversight
Salary & Benefits
Up to £120k basic salary
