Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a high-performing internal and field sales team
* Drive new business opportunities and manage key partner relationships
* Deliver commercial strategy and ensure targets are consistently met
* Present confidently to OEM partners and internal senior stakeholders
* Coach and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
* Spend 1–2 days a week at their HQ, with regular travel to meet clients and support field sales
About You
* Proven senior sales leadership experience in the UK EV home charging sector
* Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for innovation and growth
