Description
Own and deliver the full PAS 2035 coordination process: assessment, design, installation oversight, handover and monitoring.
Manage and continually improve the retrofit survey process across the North East region.
Deliver accurate RdSAP and SAP energy modelling, advising on technical measures to meet funding criteria.
Manage TrustMark lodgements in line with programme timelines to enable funding drawdown.
Act as the primary technical authority for Retrofit Coordination, energy modelling and compliance standards.
Collaborate with Sustainability teams to deliver SHDF, LAD, ECO and other grant‑funded retrofit schemes.
Work with external survey partners to ensure capacity, quality and compliance.
Implement a robust survey audit programme for internal and external assessors.
Maintain accurate survey data, specifications and technical documentation.
Support bid submissions with high‑quality technical input.
Provide technical leadership, sharing updates across teams on emerging standards and best practice.
Profile
Qualified Retrofit Coordinator (PAS 2035).
Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and/or OCDEA.
Strong experience in residential retrofit surveys and housing refurbishment.
Knowledge of TrustMark, energy efficiency measures, and PAS 2035 roles.
Proficiency in RdSAP/SAP energy modelling.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.
Good construction knowledge across various domestic property types.
IT literate (Microsoft Office) with strong numeracy and accuracy.
