We all play a vital role in energising a greener, fairer future.Commercial Account Manager (Solar, EV & ASHP)Flexible UK locations with FlexFirst hybrid working Overview Our role in Hive plays a key part in supporting the growth of our Solar, EV and ASHP partnership channel and helping deliver a greener, fairer energy future.The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for partner reporting, performance insight. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to understand performance, identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance partner and customer experience while supporting commercial outcomes. This is a full account management role with a strong data and insight focus, supporting decision‑making, process optimisation and performance delivery across the partnership portfolio. About the roleOwning reporting and performance insight across Solar, EV and ASHP partners, including creation of central KPI dashboardsWorking with internal teams to bring together customer insight, sales funnel performance and operational dataProviding ad‑hoc analysis and insight for senior stakeholdersMonitoring partner performance against SLAs and agreed targetsTracking market and competitor trends across Solar, EV and ASHPSupporting weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and trading reviewsContributing to partner financial planning, forecasting and performance reviewsWorking closely with partner management teams to review performance against forecastsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, propositions and commercial outcomesSupporting business cases and testing of new offers What we're looking for Experience in account management with a strong, data‑driven commercial focusConfidence working with multiple stakeholders across data, sales, marketing and financeStrong analytical capability, with experience using Excel and BI tools such as Power BIAbility to turn data, insight and research into clear recommendationsExperience in energy, smart home, retail partnerships or subscription‑based services (desirable)Strong customer and partner focus, with the ability to balance experience and commercial outcomesComfortable influencing across teams to deliver shared goalsSolid understanding of forecasting and financial analysis Understanding of the Hive partnership model is beneficial but not essential.
