Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 + up to £22k annual bonus

On-Site Accommodation
The role includes private, self-contained accommodation in a charming two-bedroom cottage located right next to the pub—perfect for immersing yourself in the community and lifestyle of the Lake District.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
* Leading all aspects of the day-to-day operation
* Delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences
* Managing budgets, forecasting, and driving revenue
* Recruiting, training, and developing your team
* Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations
* Working closely with Robinsons Brewery to achieve shared business goals
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality
* A passion for great food, drink, and customer service
* Commercial awareness with strong financial acumen
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A hands-on manager who leads by example
* Experience working in premium food-led pubs or inns is a strong advantage
