Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm, with one day off in the week; Saturdays from 8:30am-5:00pm; alternating Sundays from 10:00am-4:00pm, with one in two Sundays off.Duties The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for selling a variety of vehicles from compact city cars to hybrid SUVs, alongside accessories, finance, insurance products, and warranties. Managing customer communication throughout the sale process, including vehicle delivery updates and handling any delays or queries. Explaining warranty, servicing, and maintenance options, as well as demonstrating vehicle features, to ensure customer satisfaction. Closing sales by collecting payments and facilitating introductions to after-sales departments. Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets by applying proactive sales techniques and optimising customer engagement. Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, supporting repeat business and positive reviews. Utilising the latest sales technology and IT systems to maximise performance and stay ahead in a competitive environment.Candidate Specification Recent or current experience in car sales is essential for the Car Sales Executive position. Passion for automotive retail and a strong desire to achieve results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport effortlessly. IT literate and comfortable using modern sales tools and techniques. A valid UK driving licence with minimal points is required.
