Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to established recipes and standards.
* Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the frying station, including regular cleaning of equipment.
* Monitor inventory levels of cooking supplies and notify management when stock is low.
* Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal preparation and service.
* Assist in meal preparation for special events or large orders as needed.
Skills
* Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen environment.
