The Nursery is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join a nurturing and professional nursery setting in Redhill. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within the Baby or Toddler Room, working with a passionate and supportive team.

About the Role:
* Based in either the Baby Room or Toddler Room
* 4 days per week (42 hours total)
* Shift patterns: 7:30am – 6:00pm or 8:00am – 6:30pm
* Support the Room Leader in the day-to-day running of the room
* Help lead a team to deliver outstanding care and early learning experiences
Requirements:
* Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
* Experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a senior or key person role
* Confident in supporting staff, maintaining high standards, and building strong parent partnerships
* A warm, reliable, and proactive approach
