Contract Duration: 6+ months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 23.29 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Support the Reactive Repairs team in providing a reliable void property repair service.
Oversee contractors to ensure timely and high-standard repairs of void properties.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and health and safety requirements.
Work primarily from the Sittingbourne office with regular travel across Kent.
Option to work in a hybrid manner as agreed with your manager.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Experience as a building surveyor in maintenance, including pre and post inspections.
Knowledge of building regulations, health and safety laws, and construction standards.
Understanding of construction defects and prevention methods.
Familiarity with procurement law and contract management.
Proficiency in IT tools for creating reports and documents, especially using Excel and Word.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Nice to Have
Experience with different forms of contracts.
