Job Opportunity: HR Assistant
Location: Office-based in Middlesbrough
Hourly Pay: 13.00
Hours: Part-time 24 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role will support our HR Manager in various essential functions contributing to the smooth operation of our HR.
Responsibilities
* Assist with onboarding new employees ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
* Support the offboarding process for leavers coordinating paperwork and exit interviews.
* Help manage and process payroll and salary administration accurately and on schedule.
* Perform general administrative tasks including maintaining employee records and responding to HR-related queries.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Prior experience in an HR role/CIPD Level 3 is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR software.
