Duties of this role include:
* Assist in answering calls from customers
* Utilise booking systems for loaning power tools and instrument sets between hospitals, theatres, and decontamination centers, and coordinate delivery to all sites
* Communicate potential failures in power tool and instrument supply to the senior team
* Coordinate repairs and service contracts as required
* Order and coordinate storage of supplies to maintain adequate stocks
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by the Decontamination Manager and maintain timesheet records
* Maintain good relationships with stakeholders
* Promote and maintain health and safety within the department
* Ensure activities comply with company policies and procedures
* Complete all Learning Space modules timely
* Be flexible to changing needs of the role and adapt accordingly
* Perform other related duties as required
