The Role As a Fintech Support Specialist, you will guide customers through our cloud-based suite of products via telephone and digital channels. You will: Consult & Troubleshoot: Act as a "Trusted Advisor," translating complex financial software features into simple, actionable solutions. Drive Financial Clarity: Help users manage their accounts, payroll, and taxes with precision.
