As Supervisor, you'll be supporting the owner & team to maintain the the highest of standards both in our cafe, kitchen and pottery painting studio combined.
The main aim is making sure every customer leaves happy and wanting to come back time after time under your supervision.
You'll be a people person. You'll lead from the front, setting the pace high for the team so everyone delivers on time, every time.

You are probably an existing Supervisor, Team Leader or an front of house team member ready to take progress into management with a background in restaurants, cafe's or coffee shops.
You will have experience of working in a hospitality environment with serving freshly homemade food and barista style drinks preparation.
Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.
Excellent attention to detail and standards, good communication, a people person and reliability is a must. Previous cooking expereince is a bonus.
