This role willunderstand what challenges an assigned business unit is trying toresolve enabling you to ask the right questions to identifyunderlying problems that can be effectively broken down intofeatures and acceptance criteria which can be prioritised fordevelopment.

What youllachieve
As a JuniorBusiness Analyst you will be accountablefor:
* Identifying and documentingproduct features based on business needs and userfeedback.
* Working closelywith internal and external stakeholders to ensure process mappingof the present is accurate and future state reflects businessgoals.
* Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams including engineers designers and thirdpartysuppliers to develop features for new products and improve existingones.
* Provide input totest scenarios scripts creation of test data and plans for thedevelopment teams as appropriate and running end user training fornew and updatedfeatures.
* Act as a ProductOwner for Scrum teams where required creating and updatingEpics/Features in Azure DevOps and supporting the team in managingthe sprint backlog.
Whowere looking for
The successfulcandidate will have:
* Demonstrableexperience of data analysis leveraging descriptive and predictivetechniques to uncover data insights and evaluateresults.
* Effective communication skills able toexplain data/technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders andprovide clear status updates.
* Experience ofworking with crossfunctional teams within an organisation ofsimilar size to Ground Control.
* Experience ofwriting and delivering training on product features and updatedprocesses.
* Experience of changing and improvingprocesses.
* Strong problemsolving skills andattention to detail.
* Strong organisationalskills with the ability to prioritise their ownworkload.
* Delivery focused with the ability toflex solutions and approach to changing businessneeds.
* Focus on what is right not who isright.
