Preparing and executing an array of high-end pastry dishes to Michelin-star standards
Ensuring precision, consistency, and exceptional presentation in every dessert
Working closely with senior chefs to develop and refine pastry offerings
Maintaining an organised and efficient pastry section
Adhering to the highest food hygiene and safety standards
