Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team.
The Role As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role within the firm’s accounts team, assisting in the preparation of financial statements and management accounts for a broad range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. You will be working closely with senior staff and partners, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of general practice work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing accounts from incomplete records for a variety of clients.
2. Assisting with bookkeeping and VAT return preparation.
3. Supporting the preparation of management accounts.
4. Liaising with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve queries.
5. Assisting with ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as required.
