As Tenancy Sustainment Officer, youre the steady support who helps them develop and hold onto that hard-won independence. What youll be doing Help residents move into safe, well-prepared accommodation. Support young people to understand their tenancy rights and responsibilities. Tackle challenges like rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or property issues. Work with partners to find move-on housing options and prevent homelessness. About The Candidate What were looking for Experience of housing or tenancy management. Empathy and patience to support young people facing multiple challenges.
