GSL Education are currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive setting in Bexhill from September. This full-time, long-term role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a genuine love for supporting young children’s development. Role Overview: As a Nursery Practitioner, you will help to deliver high-quality early years education through creative, play-based learning. You will work alongside a dedicated team to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child feels valued. Responsibilities for Nursery Practitioner: Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. Create and maintain a safe, stimulating environment. Assist in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities. Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Contribute to observations and assessments to monitor progress. Candidate Requirements: Hold a recognised Early Years qualification. Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Be patient, enthusiastic, and committed to child-centred practice. Provide a full, up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with any gaps explained).
