We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, a nationally recognised brand who are looking to add to their team in the Bracknell area
The position will be based in the Bracknell office, with leads provided. Our clients are seeking either an experienced Advisor or a candidate with CeMAP 1, who is looking to break into the industry.
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
1. Basic Salary £22,000 - £26,000
2. Strong Commission structure
3. OTE £50,000 - £70,000

Working hours:
7. Full Time
8. Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with a lieu day provided)
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
9. Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
10. Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
11. Minimum CeMAP 1
12. Full UK Driving license.
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:
13. Liaising with team to ensure effective referrals.
14. Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
15. Writing Mortgage and Protection business
16. Chasing potential leads and generating new business
17. Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
