Join our Electrical Test Design team to support the development of automated electrical test solutions for aerospace applications. Responsibilities
* Assist in designing and developing electrical test systems under guidance from experienced engineers.
* Support integration and testing activities for aerospace products, including hardware and software elements.
* Learn and apply engineering principles to solve practical problems in a structured environment.
* Contribute to documentation, test procedures, and compliance activities.
* Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Education & Experience
* A-levels or equivalent in STEM subjects (degree not required at entry).
* Interest in pursuing an engineering qualification.
* 0‑1 year of relevant experience (early career position).
* Prior experience in electrical engineering or test design is not required, but an interest in learning and developing in these areas is essential.
Skills
* Exposure to STEM subjects through education or projects.
* Competent user of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
* Strong appetite to learn and adapt.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
