Job Description
If you're an experienced A/C engineer who's comfortable working independently and wants to be left to get on with the job — this is worth a look.
You'll be servicing and fault-finding across a mix of VRVs, chillers, splits and CRAC units. There's proper support when you need it, but no one's breathing down your neck. The expectation? Know your kit, turn up, and do the job right.

* Servicing, maintaining and repairing air-con and chiller systems
* Diagnosing faults properly (not just “reset and hope”)
* Using manufacturer software to run proper diagnostics
* Completing service reports that are clear and accurate
* Staying on top of FGAS and safety compliance
* Working with the ops team to keep things running smoothly
What You'll Need
* F-Gas Category 1
* Experience with VRV/VRF, splits, CRACs, and ideally some chillers
* Good with diagnostics, not just maintenance
* Full UK driving licence
* Confident working solo and managing your own day
* AHU or refrigeration knowledge? Nice to have, not essential
What You'll Get
* £40k–£55k salary, depending on experience
* Up to £1,500 attendance bonus + quarterly performance bonus
* 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
* Callout rota: 1 in 21 weeks – with proper standby and callout pay
* Van (personal use), paid parking, fuel card
* Tools, phone, tablet, all sorted
* Kit delivered direct to site
* Training, appraisals, and clear progression routes
* 24/7 employee support + solid pension setup
