We fully support staff participation in the Trust’s preceptorship program for newly registered nurses.
You will have a development plan tailored to your experience, strengths, and development needs.
We host regular reflective practice sessions, training days, and clinical and management supervision.
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
