We are looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant to help aid the running of our stores in the Mansfield area

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a driven team player, with sales experience combined with a top level work ethic. Your customer service skills will be second to none. Great time management, problem solving skills and an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude are a must Flexibility and the ability to work on your own initiative are key. Previous knowledge of electronic cigarettes is an advantage, however full training will be provided. As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for the following: -
* Driving sales on the shop floor
* Maintain outstanding store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
* Handling of cash
* Problem solving whilst building customer relationships
* Maintain a fully stocked shop
* Recommend items to suit the customers needs
* Manage point of sale processes including refunds and exchanges
* Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
* Follow all company policies and procedures
* Oversee in-store promotions or events.
Requirements
* Proven working experience in retail sales
* An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Cash handling experience
* Customer service focus
* Friendly helpful confident and professional personality
* Must be able to work alone
*
Experience with vaping required, through using the products or previous sales roles.
Must be available any days and weekends as flexibility is needed due to lone working upon successfully completing training.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
