Hertfordshire FA have an exciting new vacancy for a Coach Development Coordinator

Offices are based in Letchworth, at The County Ground, and consist of a new 3G stadia pitch, comfortable office space with onsite Café services. They are also within walking distance of Letchworth Town Centre and train station.
Position: Coach Development Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £22,000-24,000 PA
Based: Hertfordshire FA, Letchworth (with Hybrid working available)
This position reports directly to the Head of Football Development and Investment, supporting delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy, the Hertfordshire FA Operational Plan and working to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met.
The successful candidate will work alongside the current Coach Development Lead to administer and coordinate delivery of an expanding Coach Development programme, which connects support into our Thriving Clubs. This will be through coordinating a diverse casual workforce to deliver a robust Coach Development programme across the county. You will work with colleagues to influence other areas including diversity, volunteering, behaviours and safeguarding to ensure the local grassroots game offers a safe and inclusive environment for participants.
It is of high importance the successful candidate communicates clearly, provides excellent customer service, manages relationships and ensures safeguarding is of paramount consideration whilst undertaking all aspects of their role.
