Duties and responsibilities of a Personal Assistant (but are not limited to):
1. Extensive inbox, and diary management
2. Travel arrangements – national and international (including accommodation)
3. Generate meeting packs
4. Proactive approach to ensure adequate support is provided
The ideal candidate:
5. Previous experience in a similar role is essential
6. IT literate
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
8. A positive attitude
9. A keen eye for detail
