About the role:
We are seeking an Academic Appeals Manager to lead and manage the University's academic appeals process, ensuring cases are handled with integrity, consistency, and compassion. The successful post holder will be passionate about fairness, transparency, and supporting students through complex academic processes.
You will lead the Academic Appeals team in delivering a robust, end-to-end appeals process and ensure team compliance with University regulations, policies, and external quality assurance frameworks.
About you:
You will possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and complex cases with empathy and professionalism. You will also need experience in case management or academic administration and a strong understanding of higher education regulations and academic policies.
For this role, it is essential that you hold an undergraduate degree or have equivalent experiential learning relevant to the role.
